Northrock and Logic: Exporting email for POP users, new email server settings, incoming and outgoing port numbers for POP and IMAP

Help! I don't see all my emails.

If you previously had your northrock.bm or therock.bm email set up using POP settings, you will need to update your Email Server setting along with verifying your Incoming and Outgoing Port Number settings. If you were or are set up using POP, your historical messages could not be migrated over to the new platform since the messages were not stored on our server.  If you change your email settings using the information below, your messages will be exported from your device storage to your email account.

POP vs. IMAP

POP doesn't store copies of your email messages on our server, only to your device storage.
IMAP stores copies of your email messages on our server. This is the recommended setting.

New Email Server/Host Server Setting

In your email settings, please change the server to : secure.emailsrvr.com
